What is the typical turnaround time?
Most prints are ready within 2–5 business days depending on size and complexity. Rush orders may be available — just ask!
What file types do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. If you only have a different format, reach out and we'll see if we can work with it.
What is the maximum print size?
Our Bambu Lab A1 handles parts up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger parts can sometimes be printed in sections and assembled.
What colors are available?
We stock a variety of colors in PLA, PETG, and TPU. With AMS Lite support we can also do multi-color prints (up to 4 colors). Contact us to see what's currently in stock.
How much does a print cost?
Pricing depends on material, size, and print time. Send us your file for a free, no-obligation quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-Transfer and PayPal. Payment is due before printing begins.
Can I request changes or revisions to my file?
Yes — if there's an issue with your file we'll contact you before printing and work with you to sort it out.
What if my print has a defect?
We reprint at no charge for any manufacturing defect on our end. Just send us a photo and we'll make it right.
How accurate are the dimensions?
FDM printing is typically accurate to ±0.2 mm. For tight-tolerance fits, let us know and we can adjust the print settings.
Do you keep my files after printing?
Files are stored for 30 days in case you want a reprint, then deleted. Contact us if you'd like them removed sooner.
